Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days, we process a resend option for all small products without returning the product to our warehouse. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To complete the resend option, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Once your refund is in processing, we will send you an email and notify you of the approval of your refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
  • You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
